Monthly Subscription
NightDoor Post — Monthly is a recurring subscription billed each month. You may cancel at any time through your customer account before your next renewal date. Once canceled, no further charges will be made. Your subscription remains active through any edition you have already paid for.
Because each edition is prepared and mailed on a fixed monthly schedule, we are unable to offer refunds on editions that have already been processed or shipped.
Annual Subscription
NightDoor Post — Annual is a one-time prepaid purchase for 12 consecutive monthly editions. It does not automatically renew. Refunds are not available once the first edition has been prepared for mailing.
Mailing Schedule
Orders placed by the 15th of the month receive that month's edition. Orders placed after the 15th will begin with the following month's edition. NightDoor Post mails between the 21st and 25th of each month.
Damaged or Missing Editions
If your edition arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
